After a year of searching for a new home in the greater Melbourne Florida area, my wife and I were beginning to think the right house for us did not exist. My focus on a new home was the overall construction while my wife's focus was with the overall aesthetics and design. I insisted that the house have top quality windows, doors, insulation, roofing and high quality workmanship while my wife was clearly focused on the inside finishing touches and floor layout.
When our realtor wanted to show us a 10 year old house we were both skeptical, but we decided to give the house a quick look, and we are surely glad we did. The house your company built was everything we were looking for. We could not believe the house was 10 years old. The windows, doors, and outside appearance was that of a new house. In addition, the inside finishing touches were everything we had been looking for.
